We develop solutions to overcome critical challenges the end
user is facing. Not only fix their pain point but also look into theuser’s needs. We think beyond their needs. There always have
more accessible ways to solve the problem. When the ideas
come up, we shape each innovation feature's purpose. Then
develop logic, algorithm, and database of applications related to medical and health care, followed by creating wireframe and
mockup for UX/UI designer. Then cooperate with the program
developer and set the scenario to test product bugs. The
innovation team works in the R&D area. Researching the
efficacy of products is our work as well.

A critical factor distinguishing project management from just 'management' is that it has this final deliverable and a finite timespan, unlike management which is an ongoing process.
